Topic 1 – Order,  Design & Payment

Any changes are subject to availability and we only entertain requests made at least 2 weeks before delivery. You will need to consult our admin on the request. Kindly submit your change request to the link below or email to us.

Yes, we allow customization to “curate your own”. You may submit your request

Note : We prefer the design in PDF file and image size must be 11cm x 19cm to get optimum printing quality

You may consult with our designeron the request. Kindly put under remarks on any request.

We recommend customer to review their request and we only allow changes up to 2 times upon confirmation. This is to ensure our production team able to deliver on a timely manner.

As we strive to provide the best possible for everyone, the color and design of each item will be selected at random based on stock availability. 

Kindly allow 3 to 5 working days for our design team to reach you

To process the order, we require minimum of

1st Payment : 60% deposit upon order confirmation

2nd Payment : 40% remaining balance a week before delivery.

Once received the confirmation payment  on 1st Payment, the designer team will contact on printing details. 

Delivery date must be booked and confirmed during purchase for our production and delivery team to make an arrangement. 

All payment and not refundable. 

We accept payment on following channel s: 

  • for 60% deposit for local & International bank transfer – Details of payment will be available upon invoice. 
  • Full payment balance via Billplz

Yes, selected items are allowable for urgent order.For order placed within/less 8 weeks and additional RM1.00 per set of urgent fees will be applied. 

Kindly select Rush Order items in shop. 

Urgent order require minimum 3 Working days for preparation time once confirm.  

 

Topic 2 – Delivery

We currently rely on our 3rd party logistic courier as per following :

  • Malaysia – Flash Express
  • Singapore/Brunei – QExpress

We aims to deliver your orders during your requested date. Delivery may varies depending on logistic courier.

DC-delivery team will contact clients 7days prior to delivery/pickup date to confirm on delivery timeframe. 

We strive our best to deliver within 3-14 days for normal orders, urgent orders and 2 months for promo orders. 

Here are delivery estimate upon shipping :

  • Semenanjung Malaysia : 1-3 working days
  • Sabah & Sarawak : 5-9 Working days
  • Singapore/ Brunei : 5-9 Working days

Yes, you can opt for pickup In 2 locations. Kindly ensure you select “Pick Up at Our Studio” and allowable timing.

Note : For Location 2, DC team will share tracking number to track shipping from KL to JB Hub, You may contact our agent for collection arrangement once the item arrived. Ms Huda (+6018 2820353)

Yes, you may select your delivery method as pick up and you may contact with DC team on the arrangement. We appreciate if the pickup details to be door-to-door delivery (as we are currently at level 9).

As of now we do have option to pickup in JB Hub, you may contact our JB Hub team as following :

We can hold your item for maximum of 2 weeks from confirmed delivery date and you will need to give us 14 days heads-up for arrangement. Once you are ready for delivery, kindly contact DC team, Ms Syazwani at +6013-744 2103 for arrangemen

If you wish to change your delivery date/time/address, kindly re-arrange with our DC Sales team within 7 days notice 

We ensure that we are striving for the best in our Quality and Check control before shipping. 

Item delivered considered ‘Received in Good Condition’ if no issue reported after 3days.For our merchandise item, we only cover 3 days warranty for manufacturer defects upon effective data of receiving. 

However, in the case of any of your order received in defect you may refer to following : 

  • Please report to our customer service within 3 days of receive
